After managing my diabetes for 20 years, my body is no longer working on insulin injections and I have now decided the time is right to start insulin pump therapy.
Why is there so much hatred in the world? And yet, there is so much love. How can we help each other during times of trauma, especially after the recent terrorist attacks in New Zealand?
Even with all the wiggly lines of my life’s path, I somehow manage to get back to a place where I can just be me.
I want to share with you something that I do at the beginning of each year. It’s fun and I find it an excellent start for where to focus my energy for the year ahead.
I bought a return ticket to a place that changed my life and this time I’m taking my family with me. I’m finally brave enough now to return for the memorial of the Swiss Canyoning Disaster.
